This means that you have to provide complete descriptions to your listeners and discuss its usefulness in the market. The second P is the price and this should be placed on a certain level. The other P stands for the position which deals on the focus of your marketing campaigns and the last P is place which will identify the distribution place of some products to be sold.

Gathering information is the first thing to do before the conference or presentation. Conduct a research about the facts and present it to your listeners. You cannot expect for people to believe you with plain words especially if you will be talking about numbers. Provide information about statistical data, survey results and market trends. Use comparison and historical data to make the presentation more credible.

Visuals can help you to explain everything. This will also make your presentation a lot more convincing. Use graphs, pie charts, slide shows, pictures, flow charts and animated characters in showing some trends. It is best on explaining sales growth and comparison of previous month's performance. This can also be used on showing the difference between the company and its competitors' sales, revenue and other statistics.
