You have done your required groundwork and are virtually ready to make the leap and kick off your own internet marketing business. Then you heard the words "MLM binary" and, while you nodded like you understand precisely what meant - you actually have no clue.
You aren't alone. MLM compensation plans are some the hardest things on the planet to understand, unless you have a degree in arithmetic. But fortunately, most mlm binary programs are quite simple to understand after you sit right down and crunch the numbers.
So What's an MLM Binary Plan?
The word binary means two. So think in terms of 2. When you sign up and start building your new business your first goal will be to go out and find two people who also need to aim towards securing time and financial independence.
You will sign these new people up and they become your front line. This is your personal line of support and because this is a binary system they can then go out and recruit two more folk each. No more. No less.
So now there's 3 of you, you and two others. Let's call them Mary and Jane. In the binary system Mary and Jane would go out and sponsor 2 other people each, and in theory everybody makes masses of cash and lives happily for ever. Unfortunately , many sign ups won't do what they say they're going to do, and perhaps Mary and Jane are lazy and don't function very well.
So you need to go find 1 or 2 more folks and since you are only permitted to have a total of two folk on your front link, you'll have to place these new sign ups UNDER either Fred or Sally. Or perhaps you may place one under Fred and the other under Sally. Either way.
MLM Binary Spillover
Your 2 new sign ups went into the downlines of Dick and Jane and that's simply what binary spillover means. You have helped them build their business by giving them the first folk in their downline. This is one of the big advantages of the MLM binary plan and if you've an active up line, this should be going down all the time and may help you to build your side of the business.
The challenge is you will still have to sponsor and induct a fair number of folk and place them on the other side of your business to "balance" the 2 legs because most plans only pay a commission when the product volumes balance. So while you might enjoy some enormous spillover - you will only get paid when you also add new folk to your business.
So though you believed you were ready to start your business this is another side that you should look at. It isn't a question of MLM binary being the right system for you, the question is how are you going to market your business to build your downline? You've got to have a plan to pimp your products and also your opportunity to others to build your business.
What type of budget do you have for advertising and marketing? Have you considered employing a lead generation system, which by the use of attraction selling should help to explode your business.
How will you convince people you are the upline leader they are on the lookout for to help them reach their dreams and goals? These are the most important questions, truly, because if anyone has made money thru a mlm binary program ( and many have ) then it is not the comp plan that is in question. The issue is, what will you do to build your business?
