  1. I do agree about purchases being made on impulse, but let's not forget the human factor either. I believe a little empathy will go a long way. I am not referring to manipulating their emotions when they are down, but I am suggesting to understand where they are and be able offer them what they need to overcome and heal. If we choose to remember how we would like to be approached during such a time, and then apply that logic to another, I believe the results be greater than the initial sale.
